Crushing It!
The teams in Asia and USA moved the first of four shipments for a new soyabean crushing facility in the USA. Despite a challenging market, the shipment was moved within budget and loaded successfully from various locations in China. The operational team ensured all pieces were loaded as per their handling instructions and ensure the client was kept informed every step of the way.
Once arrived in the USA, the units will travel upriver to the beautiful state of Ohio, where they will be used for a USD 225 million project to expand an existing factory. Once complete, the factory will increase the crush capacity and modernise operations, allowing farmers around the area to deliver their soyabeans more efficiently, as the upgraded plant would unload trucks at a much faster rate.
