Rolling all the way!
After months of preparation, calculations and two typhoons, we successfully concluded another challenging shipment in China. The teams in China and our principal Rolldock completed a first Roll On Roll Off transhipment in China. The high and heavy Waste Heat Recovery Unit was rolled onto a ballastable barge in a small Chinese port, the team then ensured proper loadspreading and securing of the cargo for a voyage to the transhipment port nearby Shanghai and, once arrived, successfully rolled the cargo from the barge to the Rolldock vessel. After the cargo was safely secured onboard the seagoing vessel, she sailed for her final destination in Saudi Arabia.
